Gene expression profile of mouse kidney from wild-type and Alport mice treated with vehicle or UD-051

We developed a non-covalent Nrf2 activator UD-051, which highly selectively inhibits Keap1-Nrf2 protein-protein interaction. UD-051 ameliorates the progressive phenotype of Alport mice (B6.Cg-Col4a5tm1Yseg/J) in an NRF2-dependent manner. To clarify the molecular effects of UD-051 on the kidney disease in Alport mice, we performed RNA sequencing on the kidney of wild-type and Alport mice treated with vehicle or UD-051 (3 mg/kg/day, p.o.) for 16 weeks.
