Jabbusch/Koch: Identification of genetic variants in Tillandsia landbeckii. null

Tillandsia landbeckii grows on bare sand dunes in the hyperarid core of the Chilean Atacama Desert. The species builds up a monotypic vegetation arranged in a typical and linear way along sloped landscapes and is fully depending on fog as the only source of water. The data set contains GBS (genotyping-by-sequencing) read data for a set of individuals from Cerro Oarbide near Iquique. The data are used to identify genetically identical and clonally propagated individuals.
