Mutation Signatures in UVA- and UVB-treated yeast

This study contains the whole genome sequencing of yeast treated with multiple exposures of UVA or UVB light. The goal of the study is to delineate the types of mutations caused by different wavelengths of UV light and to understand repair pathways that deal with the appropriate damage types. 132 samples were sequenced, including 15, 25, and 22 samples of untreated, UVA exposed, and UVB exposed WT yeast, 25 and 23 untreated and UVA treated ogg1-deficient yeast, and 22 UVB exposed rad16-deficient yeast.
