Spatial transcriptomics of Canine Cutaneous Lupus Erythematosus Skin

For this study, we used NanoString GeoMX Digital Spatial Profiling with Canine Cancer Atlas to query CD3+CD8+, CD3+CD8-, CD45+ and CD45- regions of interest in skin from client owned dogs with Mucocutaneous Lupus Erythematosus (MLE) and Discoid Lupus Erythematosus (DLE) compared to healthy margin skin from leg amputations.
