According to a survey conducted in South Korea in 2022, around 89 percent of respondents said they had used the leading e-government platform gov.kr, which offers a comprehensive range of services from central government ministries and local governments to public institutions in South Korea. After the outbreak of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the usage rate of this platform has increased rapidly.
