We compared the transcriptome of four human PDA lines: HPAF-II, Panc.05.04, Panc.8 and Panc.10.05 transfected with control siRNA or Pdx1 siRNA. Overall design: HPAF-II, Panc.05.04, panc.8 and Panc.10.05 cells were transfected with control or Pdx1 si RNA. 3 days after transfection, cells were harvested and RNA-Seq was performed.
