Legislative techniques for limiting the operativeness of law in time (Polish special legislation)

The file contains a list of Polish statutes referred to as "special legislation" and similar terms (a total of 147). It shows the various legislative techniques used to limit the operativeness of law in time. Every statute has one or more techniques ascribed to it. The list is the result of a large-scale empirical study on Polish special legislation which is often defined as "temporary legislation". The study was conducted using Wolters Kluwer "Lex" database.
