Genomic epidemiology of Salmonella 4,[5],12:i:- from clinical patients in China

We present genomic epidemiology and antimicrobial resistance data for Salmonella 4,[5],12:i:- isolates collected during 2008 to 2017 in China. This will provided a unique opportunity to investigate different clones emerged by multiple independent events in the world and to elucidate the role of this zoonotic pathogen in the spread of AMR in the Salmonella 4,[5],12:i:- in China and global transmission.
