RNA-sequencing and analysis of in vitro differentiated CD8 T cells isolated from WT and Slc25a3-fl/fl Cd4-cre mice. Overall design: Naive T cells were isolated (d0) or activated for 2 days in vitro by anti-CD3 and anti-CD8 antibodies (d2) or followed with 4 days resting in 10 ng/ml IL-2 after activation (d6). Total RNA was harvestred as subjected to bulk RNA-sequncing analysis.
