Sinonasal mucosa ONT long-read bulk RNA-seq of Rattus norvegicus after exposure to Staphylococcus aureus secreted factors

This study aimed to study the effect of various S. aureus clinical isolates on the sinonasal mucosa. Rats were daily intranasally challenged with S. aureus secreted factors. Three S. aureus clinical isolates retrieved from human hosts were used in this study.
