RNA-seq Raw data: Caveolin-1 Modulates Notch Transcriptional Activity During Respiratory Multiciliated Cell Maturation

This dataset contains RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) data generated from Mouse Tracheal Epithelial Cells (MTECs) derived from the airway epithelium and cultured at the air–liquid interface for 6 days (ALI 6). RNA-seq was performed on MTECs isolated from wild-type (WT) and Caveolin-1 knockout (Cav1-KO) mice to evaluate transcriptional changes associated with Cav-1 loss at ALI 6. In all files samples labeled as “WT” correspond to wild-type controls, whereas samples labeled as “KO” correspond to Cav1-KO cells.
