European Polyommatus eros species group (Lepidoptera, Lycaenidae) ddRADseq raw data

This is the ddRADseq raw data of the research paper contributed by Nok Ting Lam, Vladislav Ivanov, Laszlo Peter Biro, Zsolt Balint, Krisztian Kertesz, Gabor Piszter, Leonardo Dapporto, Roger Vila, Marko Mutanen, Vlad Dinca. In this paper we aimed to study the taxonomy and evolutionary trajectories of P. eros species group, and address the conservation implication of the member within the species group.
