This dataset is associated with the research article titled Design and Analysis of 1-bit Coding Metamaterials Using Diverse Unit-cell Shapes for Radar Cross-section Reduction in Terahertz Frequencies submitted to IEEE Access. The dataset includes the phase responses and phase differences of different unit cells, reflection and transmission co-efficient, permittivity, permeabilty, and refractive index of the unit cells and the tranmission co-efficent, Radar Cross-section results of 6X6 coding sequences relevant to the study of digital metamaterial and coding metamaterial for Radar cross section reduction. This dataset is organized intospreadsheets, and structured tables for ease of use and accessibility.
