Generating in vivo somatic mouse mosaics with locus-specific, stably-integrated transgenic elements for studies of gene function in development and tumorigenesis [bulk ATAC-seq]

We report the development and efficiency of a new method to create somatic mosaicism in mice named as mosaic analysis by dual recombinase-mediated cassette exchange. Then we generate, as a proof of concept, a new model for pediatric glioma. Overall design: Examination by ATAC-seq of a PiggyBack-based mouse model for pediatric brain tumors as compared with normal healthy mouse brain and with the MADR model data at single-cell ATACseq and single-cell RNAseq levels.
