Total RNA was isolated from 3 day-old P. miniata larvae, at the Late Gastrula Stage: (LG), using Trizol (Ambion). Each treatment group has three biological replicates. Samples of treated embryos frozen in Trizol were shipped to Genewiz laboratories for RNA extraction, library preparation, Illumina HiSeq 2x150 bp sequencing, quality control and RNA-Seq data analysis.All RNA seq data in this study made possible via Azenta Life Sciences: Genewiz (www.genewiz.com).Datasets investigate the effects of FGFr signalling on tubulogenesis in P. miniata embryos.Treatment of SU5402 selectively blocks FGFr signalling.Corresponding treatments on sequencing datasets are as follows:C = Control, DMSO (Vehicle) TreatedSU = SU5402 (FGFr Inhibitor), 30uM
