Differential gene expression RNAseq of FGFR perturbed 3 day old Patiria miniata larvae. Patiria miniata

Total RNA was isolated from 3 day-old P. miniata larvae, at the Late Gastrula Stage: (LG), using Trizol (Ambion). Each treatment group has three biological replicates.
