Deep X-ray studies combined with multi-wavelength observations have showncomplex morphology known as the off-set pulsar wind nebula (PWN) association and are commonly observed with older PWNe. We request to observe TeV PWN HESSJ1303-631 with both Chandra and XMM-Newton. HESS J1303-631 exhibits features ofan off-set PWN first revealed by XMM-Newton. Faint diffuse X-ray emissionextending from the pulsar is discovered but the low photon statistics prevent a meaningful spectral analysis. A morphological analysis is required for the mostaccurate broadband analysis which only Chandra has the capabilities to resolve. The proposed joint observation will allow for a robust spectral and spatialanalysis to determine the characteristics of the underlying particles and evolutionary stage. [truncated!
