Serum microRNA panel to differentiate malignant pulmonary nodules from benign pulmonary nodules

A serum miRNA combination could be a favourable classifier to differentiate malignant pulmonary nodules from benign pulmonary nodules. Serum miRNA profiles of 30 samples, which consist of 10 samples from patients with malignant pulmonary nodules, 10 samples from patients with benign pulmonary nodules, and 10 samples from healthy individuals. Aim to reduce bias caused by sample heterogeneity, each serum sample as a pool included two participants.
