Reproducible code and de-identified data for: Group-Based Trajectory Modeling of Joint Diuretic and Inotrope Trajectories in ICU Heart Failure

Code (Python + Stata GBTM) and fully de-identified derived data (MIMIC-IV v3.1, n=22,846 ICU heart-failure stays) to reproduce the joint diuretic-inotrope trajectory classification and the associated in-hospital mortality / 30-day readmission models.
