Tumor-associated macrophages (TAMs) are the most abundant immune cells in CRC microenvironment. However, whether and how TAMs regulate CRC metastasis has not been fully clarified. To further elucidate the mechanism under the pro-metastatic role of TAM-EVs on CRC cells, RNA-sequencing (RNA-seq) was performed in CT-26 cells treated with PBS or TAM-EVs. differential gene analysis manifested 324 upregulated genes and 248 downregulated genes.
