VISTA promotes the metabolism and differentiation of myeloid-derived suppressor cells by STAT3 and polyamine-dependent mechanisms [MDSC_SingleCell]

To investigate the function of VISTA in regulating the differentiation of MC38 tumor-associated MDSCs WT and VISTA KO BM were used to generate BM chimera mice. After 6 weeks of reconstitution, chimera mice were inoculated with MC38 tumor. Tumor tissues were harvested when tumors reached 9-10 mm diameter. Tumor-associated MDSCs were sorted and 10,000 MDSCs were processed using the 10x genomics platform Please note that processed data was generated from both *gex and *ab samples, and is linked to the corresponding *gex sample records.
