We compared the bacteria community profile on rocky shore environment with different sampling methods (hammer, swab and adhesive sheet) by using 16S rRNA gene amplicon sequencing.本研究采用16S rRNA基因扩增子测序（16S rRNA gene amplicon sequencing）技术，对比了岩岸环境中采用不同采样方法（敲击法、拭子法和黏贴片法）所得到的细菌群落特征。
