This works aims to provide fundamental information of the genetic repertoire of Clostridium ljungdahlii DSM 13528 by parsing the annotated genome sequence of the bacterium downloaded from Genbank. Comprising gene name, gene function, and gene sequence, the resource should find use in a variety of biotechnology workflow aiming to understand functions of genes in the bacterium as well as developing loss-of-function mutants for probing underpinnings of bioprocess inefficiencies.
