Single cell RNA sequencing of orthotopic MTO tumor

Single cell RNA sequencing of orthotopic mouse tumor organoid (MTO) tumor implanted to the rectum of WT and Thbs1KO mice. THBS1 is highly expressed in tumor stroma of mesenchymal colorectal cancer which shows most aggressive pheontype. To investigate the role of stromal THBS1 in intestinal tumor, we perform orthotopic implantation of MTO which shows mesenchymal phenotype to the rectum of WT and Thbs1KO mice.
