多孔陶瓷孔结构和性能调控数据集以发泡陶瓷制备的基本工艺方法,进行铜尾矿掺加量、钠长石掺量、高岭土掺量、粉磨时间、发泡剂用量、烧成温度、烧成时间的七因素三水平的正交试验,选出对发泡陶瓷的性能影响的最大因素,优化铜尾矿发泡陶瓷的坯料配比、孔结构和性能指标;采用最优化的工艺指标进行多孔陶瓷的制备,并检测孔隙率、表观密度和抗压强度考核指标;进行发泡陶瓷材料的浸出毒性、放射性考核指标进行测试分析。数据量约10.9MB。

This dataset is dedicated to the regulation of pore structure and performance of porous ceramics. Adopting the basic preparation process of foamed ceramics, an orthogonal experiment with seven factors and three levels was carried out, covering the dosages of copper tailings, soda feldspar and kaolin, as well as grinding time, foaming agent dosage, firing temperature and firing duration. The most prominent factors influencing the properties of foamed ceramics were identified, and the batch formulation, pore structure and performance indicators of copper tailings-based foamed ceramics were optimized. Then, porous ceramics were prepared using the optimized process parameters, and three critical evaluation indicators including porosity, apparent density and compressive strength were measured. Furthermore, the leaching toxicity and radioactivity of the prepared foamed ceramic materials were tested and analyzed. The total size of this dataset is approximately 10.9 MB.
