Leading app categories in France Q3 2020, by reach

According to a survey of internet users in France, the mobile app category with the highest usage reach was social networking apps, with roughly 87.2 percent of respondents using mobile social media apps. Mobile messenger and chat apps also experienced a similarly high reach, with 82.4 percent of internet users in the country using this app category. Entertainment apps reached about 68.3 percent of the internet users population in Italy, while music apps and game apps reached comparably smaller audiences.
