RNA-seq, ATAC-seq and ChIP-seq datasets supporting LOXL4-driven ECM stiffness regulates CD8+ T-cell exhaustion in lung cancer

This dataset contains raw and processed sequencing data generated for the study investigating LOXL4-driven extracellular matrix stiffness and CD8+ T-cell exhaustion in lung cancer. Included datasets:1. RNA-seq of CD8+ T cells under different extracellular matrix stiffness conditions.2. ATAC-seq datasets for chromatin accessibility analysis.3. ChIP-seq/CUT&Tag datasets for transcription factor and histone modification profiling. The dataset supports the analyses described in the manuscript.
