Acylated ghrelin is a key appetite-regulating hormone that influences metabolism and energy homeostasis. In this study, transcriptomic analysis was conducted to investigate the effects of acylated ghrelin injection on the brain and liver of fish. The results revealed significant changes in gene expression related to neuroendocrine signaling, lipid metabolism, and immune response.
