Micro-CT datasets, R code and statistical data supporting: "Micro-CT reveals host-controlled symbiosis of the Jurassic serpulid–hydroid association"

This repository contains the data and R scripts supporting the analyses presented in the manuscript "Micro-CT reveals host-controlled symbiosis of the Jurassic serpulid–hydroid association", submitted to Palaeontology. The dataset includes the data used in the statistical analyses. The R script reproduces analyses and figures reported in the manuscript. The data are provided in three csv files: Host_size.csv, Zooid_density.csv, and Zooid_size.csv. The repository contains also the README file describing the structure of the dataset and the micro-CT data, including full-resolution image stacks (TIFF files), reconstructed volumetric datasets, and associated metadata (scan parameters, voxel size, and specimen information).
