"This dataset provides primary survey results from 397 university students regarding the adoption and sustained application of Artificial Intelligence in higher education. The data captures a comprehensive profile of the participants, including demographic information such as gender, age, academic major, and prior AI usage experience. The core of the dataset consists of 33 measurement items designed to evaluate seven critical theoretical dimensions: AI Literacy (AIL), Perceived Ease of Use (PEU), Perceived Usefulness (PU), Continuous Use Intention (CUI), Social Influence (SI), Facilitating Conditions (FC), and Institutional Support (IS).
