STRICT score record (strict_score_record_v2): manifests, member record and validation arrays

Integrity record for the per-node, per-member score files behind every table of Where the Numbers Come From: Auditing Evaluation in Provenance-Based Intrusion Detection. This version archives the sha256 manifests of every score file, the frozen member record, the numeric validation losses of the headline configurations, the README and a loader. The score files themselves (97 GB) are public at https://huggingface.co/datasets/STRICT-APT/strict-score-record, revision tag strict_score_record_v2; running sha256sum -c manifests/MANIFEST_final.sha256 in a download of that tag verifies every score file against this record. Join the numbered archive parts with cat NAME.tar.zst.part* > NAME.tar.zst. A later version may add the score archives.
