Stable isotope data

This is a zip file containing three text files, all of which include stable isotope data used in the study. The first is for the dietary comparison between Japan Sea and Pacific Ocean anadromous sticklebacks in the Bekanbeushi catchment (bekanbeushi_gast_sia_141014.txt). The second is for the dietary comparison across the range of the Japan Sea and Pacific Ocean stickleback lineages (comparative_gasterosteus_sia_141014.txt). This file includes data from allopatric and sympatric populations of both lineages as well as from Pacific freshwater populations. Finally there is the macroinvertebrate used for estimation of dietary contributions (macroinvertebrate_sia_141014.txt). Column headers should be self explanatory but in all cases information is given on the site of capture and the species. Common columns are %N (per_N), %C (per_C), d15N, d13C and C:N ratios.
