RGB–LWIR Fusion Dataset for Object Detection Across Variable Illumination Conditions

This dataset supports the study Evaluating an Adaptive Multispectral Turret System for Autonomous Tracking Across Variable Illumination Conditions. It contains synchronized RGB and long-wave infrared (LWIR) image data of mugs collected under multiple illumination conditions, including full-light, dim-light, and no-light scenarios. The dataset is organized to support experiments on RGB–LWIR fusion and object detection performance across varying fusion levels.
