Transcriptome analysis of herbicides and supramolecular natural product derived protectant on rice safety.

This study discovered the regulatory genes, proteins, and pathways of herbicides and safeners on rice. We believe that this transcriptome dataset will accelerate the study of genes related to the mechanism of action of safety agents in rice and other functional genomics.
