Interview of John Mack, President of the Los Angeles Urban League, about the root causes of the civil disturbance, the Los Angeles Police Department's preparedness to handle this type of disturbance, and the adequacy of the Los Angeles Police Department's response to the violence and unrest, 1992 July 7.
