Genomewide DNA methylation profiling of saline, diesel exhaust particiles and house dust mite treated human airway epithelial cells. Methylation profiles were generated by the Illumina Infinium MethylationEPIC beadchips. Human bronchial epithelial cells were treated with PBS, diesel exhaust particles (5ug/cm2), and house dust mite (25ug/ml) for 24 hours. Genomic DNA were extracted and treated with or without oxidation following the TrueMethyl® protocol (NuGen) followed by bisulifte conversion before being hybridized to the Illumina Infinium MethylationEPIC beadchips
