Spatial variations in rhizosphere fungal communities of Suaeda salsa

The rhizosphere soils were collected from Suaeda salsa populations in the estuarine wetlands of four rivers: the Liao River (PJ), Daliao River (YK), Huli River (ZH), and Yellow River (DY). These sites were selected to represent a broad range of geographic locations and environmental conditions along the northern coastline of China. The distribution patterns and influencing factors of fungal communities were evaluated based on the high-throughput sequencing.
