Employee Environmental Training and Sustainability Performance Dataset (Ghana Manufacturing Firms)

This dataset supports the study titled “The Impact of Employee Environmental Training on Organisational Sustainability Performance: The Mediating Role of Green Organisational Culture.” The study examines the relationship between employee environmental training, green organisational culture, and organisational sustainability performance among manufacturing firms in Greater Accra, Ghana. The repository contains the anonymised research dataset in Excel format, the survey questionnaire used for data collection, the questionnaire codebook with variable descriptions and measurement scales and SmartPLS analysis results. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire administered to employees of manufacturing firms through a quantitative cross-sectional survey design. The dataset is intended to support transparency, reproducibility, and future research in sustainability management, green human resource management, and organisational behaviour. All identifiable personal and organisational information has been removed to ensure confidentiality and participant anonymity.
