The data set contained the summary of zircon U-Pb-Lu–Hf–O isotopic data (Table S1), major element composition of garnets (Table S2), major and trace element compositions of the peraluminous granitoids (Table S3), zircon U-Pb age (Table S4) and zircon Hf-O isotopes (Table S5).
