Minimal de-identified retinal-photograph set (across four downstream tasks) accompanying the manuscript 'A Screening Foundation Model for Cardio-Kidney-Metabolic Health using Routine Retinal Photographs' submitted to Nature Medicine.
Each task directory ships a test.csv mapping image paths to ground-truth labels.
This deposit is intended for technical reproducibility checks and tutorials. It is NOT a substitute for the full training or evaluation cohorts described in the manuscript, and it is NOT suitable for training, hyperparameter tuning, calibration analysis, decision-curve analysis, cost-effectiveness analysis or any statistical claim about model performance. Researchers requiring the full cohorts must apply to the original data custodians as detailed in the manuscript's Data Availability statement.
