We compared gene expression profiles in Panc-1, AsPC1 and MDA-Panc28 pancreatic cancer cell lines stably expressing shControl or shTAK1 by microarray analysis in order to identify groups of genes associated with a specific signaling pathway or biological process Three pancreatic cancer cell lines stably expressing shControl (Panc-1 GFP, AsPC-1 GFP, MDA-Panc28 GFP) and three pancreatic cancer cell lines stably expressing shTAK1 (Panc-1 shTAK1, AsPC-1 shTAK1, MDA-Panc28 shTAK1) constructs. Total RNA was extracted from subconfluent cells using Trizol reagent.
