Supplementary data and analysis code supporting the manuscript "Joint and independent spatial randomization for regional gene expression contrasts" by Marina Nikolidaki. The archive contains S1 (original lattice simulations), S2 (targeted numerical cross-checks and their execution audit), S3 (controlled smoothness sweeps), S4 (the cortical BrainSpace Moran benchmark), and S5 (secondary analysis of public Allen Human Brain Atlas donor expression data). The five original supplementary ZIP archives are preserved unchanged, together with a README, file checksums, and RIGHTS_AND_ATTRIBUTION.txt. Complete raw AHBA microarrays and reinforcement-learning fMRI participant data are not included. The limited transformed AHBA expression subset remains subject to the source terms and citation requirements. Source-specific rights and original archive notices apply; no new blanket licence is granted.
