Self-Organized Generation Of Hepatic Cord Like Organoids (HCLOs) With Zonal Diversity (ChIPseq)

To investigate the efect of extracellular bilirubin and intracellular ascorbate on the development of zonal hepatocytes in human liver organoids. Overall design: We performed EP300 ChIPseq on Hepatic Cord Like Orgnaoids (HCLOs) including Pericentral Organoids (PCO) and Periportal Organoids (PPO) to elucidate the epigenetic regulation behind zonal gene expression.
