Bacterial community compositions in Lake Soyang were analyzed over a five-year period. The first batch (May 2015 to May 2017) was sequenced targeting the V4-V5 region using barcoded primers 515FY and 926R, while the second batch (January 2019 to December 2021) targeted the V4 region using primers 515FY and 806RB.
