Loss of epigenetic modifications on the inactive X chromosome and sex-biased gene expression profiles in B cells from NZB/W F1 mice with lupus-like disease

We report loss of epigentic silencing marks on the inactive X on female mice with lupus like disease, and find novel sex differences in gene expression between female and male mice with late stage disease.
