资源简介:
The purpose of this project is to study the efficiency of carbon sequestration, energy production, and feasibility of planting energy crops. By establishing growth, carbon sequestration, alternative energy models, the potential biomass production, CO2 sequestration quantity and energy substitution of Leucaena leucocephala, Eucalyptus spp. and Acacia confusa were analyzed. The results show the different amount of CO2 sequestration: 95.14Mg/ha of 3-year-old Leucaena leucocephala, 171.20Mg/ha of 6-year-old Eucalyptus spp., and 155.00Mg/ha of 10-year-old Acacia confusa. The energy production efficiency for 3-year-old Leucaena leucocephala is 0.47 million Mg/ha, 6-year-old Eucalyptus spp. is 0.86 million Mg/ha, 10-year-old Acacia confusa is 0.79 million Mg/ha. The bioenergy crops can substitute the fossil fuel for energy use and reduce of the CO2 emission. The CO2 reduction for 3-year-old Leucaena leucocephala is 20.4 thousand kg-CO2, 6-year-old Eucalyptus spp. is 36.9 thousand kg-CO2, and 10-year-old Acacia confusa is 3.41thousand kg-CO2. The key variable for bioenergy development is to find potential suitable lands.
