Aim: This study aimed to evaluate an intervention grounded in the principles of DW, integrating components from Self-Determination Theory (SDT) and the PERMA model, to enhance focus, engagement, and well-being among university students. Method: Eight participants were selected for a 6-session intervention program employing a non-concurrent, multiple baseline case series design. Outcome measures were assessed using the Deep and Effortless Concentration Scale (DEC), the PERMA-Profile, the Basic Need Satisfaction Scale (BNS), the Smartphone Distraction Scale (SDS), and the Utrecht Work Engagement Scale.
