RNA-seq of macrophages treated with LPS and Forsythoside A (FTA)

This study presents RNA-seq data from macrophages treated with lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and/or Forsythoside A (FTA). The dataset was generated to characterize transcriptional changes associated with inflammatory activation and the modulatory effects of FTA. Samples include (control), LPS-treated, FTA-treated, and LPS+FTA-treated macrophages with biological replicates. These data support differential expression and pathway enrichment analyses related to inflammation and redox-associated signaling.
