The mouse colon cancer cell line, CT26, as well as engineered versions expressing the chicken Ovalbumin gene (CT26-OVA) or expressing the Epstein-Barr Virus LMP1 gene (CT26-LMP1) were grown as tumors in mice. Five tumors per cell line were excised after reaching 200-300 cubic mm, pooled, and subject to single cell RNA Sequincing using the 10x Genomics platform. CT26-LMP1 showed greatly increased levels of CCL17 and CCL22 expression from infiltrating dendritic cells.
