本数据资产源于山东省高速公路路网内发生的各类交通事件（如交通事故、车辆故障、恶劣天气、道路施工等）及其对应的处置全流程记录。通过物联网设备、监控视频、巡逻报告、多方协同平台（如“一路多方”联动机制）等渠道实时采集、汇聚而成。数据要素包括事件发现时间、地点、类型、处置单位（交警、消防、医疗、清障）、处置措施、处置时长、恢复通行时间等结构化与非结构化信息。基于深厚的历史数据积累，已成功构建“事件预测模型”，实现了从事后被动处置向事前主动预警的战略跨越。This data asset originates from various traffic incidents (such as traffic accidents, vehicle breakdowns, severe weather, road construction, etc.) that occurred on the Shandong Provincial Expressway Network, as well as complete records of their entire disposal processes. It is collected and aggregated in real time through channels including IoT devices, surveillance videos, patrol reports, and multi-party collaboration platforms (such as the "One-Road Multi-Party" linkage mechanism). The data elements include both structured and unstructured information such as incident discovery time, location, type, disposal units (traffic police, fire department, medical services, wreckers), disposal measures, disposal duration, and traffic restoration time. Based on extensive historical data accumulation, an "Incident Prediction Model" has been successfully constructed, achieving a strategic leap from passive post-incident disposal to proactive pre-incident early warning.
