Primary dataset on prenatal care among pregnant women attended at a first-level family medicine unit, 2024.

A primary observational, descriptive, and retrospective database was established for pregnant women who received care in 2024 at a primary care family medicine clinic. The information was obtained from clinical records related to prenatal care. The included variables encompass obstetric history, medical history, obstetric risk, gestational age, vaccination, screening tests, clinical parameters, and referral to secondary care. Gestational age was calculated using the date of the last menstrual period recorded in the clinical record, based on the date of the last recorded medical visit. The data were organized in tabular format using anonymized identifiers, removing any information that would allow for the direct identification of patients. Categorical variables were standardized to facilitate descriptive and epidemiological statistical analyses. The integration and organization of this database were carried out with institutional authorization for academic and health research purposes. The information was handled in accordance with principles of confidentiality, anonymization, and personal data protection, consistent with the ethical principles applicable to research involving human subjects and the handling of clinical information. The use of the dataset is intended exclusively for academic, scientific, and health research purposes.
